A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than one (1) hour prior to the scheduled event.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Events located more than 30 miles from ZIP Code 34786 may be subject to an additional travel fee. Any applicable fee will be discussed and confirmed before your booking is finalized.

A Parental Consent and Liability Waiver must be completed before the event. A separate signed waiver is required for each participating child.

The host is responsible for providing a safe and suitable event space with adequate room for the spa setup and activities.

Sparkling Diva Mini Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are deemed unsafe or if the terms of the agreement are not met.
